Take a palette from the table and go to the paint wall. Try to avoid oily products like hand creams, as they can significantly affect the paint's adhesion.

The small samples under each bottle show you the fired color with 1, 2, or 3 layers. This is your guide to the final result after firing.

Any areas you leave blank will emerge from the firing process with a glossy, creamy white finish. So be sure to plan your design with these areas in mind.

You can mix colors however you like. Since the color changes during firing, the result may turn out slightly different than expected.

Some pieces need to be primed first. You can tell which ones they are by the label on the shelf.

Apply the paint in 1–3 thin coats. Let each coat dry before applying the next one. Three even coats provide the best coverage and depth of color.

Use the pencils on the table to sketch out your design. The lines will burn off in the kiln, so you won't see them on the finished piece.

If you'd like a gold or silver border, please let our team know before you drop off your item.

Adhesive tape, extra brushes, and all the materials you need are laid out by the window. Help yourself—everything you need is right there so you can paint your dream ceramic piece.

Write your name and the date of your visit on the bottom. Use a pen, not a pencil. This will help us identify your piece after it’s been fired.

Scan the code on the shelf and follow the instructions. This will allow us to clearly identify your pottery as yours after it has been fired.

Place your finished pieces in the designated area below the paint wall.
